Hi, I'm Logan Standage—founder of Standage Creative, counselor, and lifelong creative.
By day, I work as a licensed counselor supporting clients through their stories. By night (and many weekends!), I channel that same passion into design—helping therapists and practices build brands that feel authentic, approachable, and true to their values.
I also serve as the Creative Content Specialist for a large group practice with 22 locations across Arkansas. And at home, I get a front-row seat to private practice life—my wife is a contracted counselor, so I see firsthand the challenges of balancing client care with the demands of running a practice.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to manage clinical work, run a practice, build an online presence, and try to make everything look professional on top of it all. That’s why I started Standage Creative—to bridge that gap and make design feel simple, supportive, and even fun.
Outside of counseling and design, I’m married to THE Hannah Standage, and together we keep up with a full house. We have River, our 2-year-old Aussiedoodle, and Flynn Rider, our mischievous 1.5-year-old gray cat who definitely thinks he’s an orange cat. Hannah has two daughters, one is a pre-teen and the other is 14, so our home is always buzzing with energy, laughter, and something happening at all times.
Hannah & I live in Conway, Arkansas (yes, we have internet, and yes, we wear shoes)!
I’m a die-hard Razorbacks fan (don’t judge) & proudly cheer for the Green Bay Packers. Football season? Hands down my favorite season of the year!

My design journey goes back a decade to 2014, when I was a youth ministry intern trying to launch our very first Facebook & Instagram account. I had no idea what I was doing, but I quickly learned that if I wanted students to show up, the content had to be engaging. That’s when I started experimenting with design & storytelling.
A few years later, I stepped into the role of a Communications Director—and found myself sitting in front of an iMac with Photoshop open, told to “figure it out.” If you’ve ever used Photoshop, you know it’s not something you just pick up and instantly master. Let’s just say lots of YouTube tutorials and “phone-a-friend” moments got me through those early days. (Thanks, Luke!)
In 2019, I started grad school at John Brown University, graduating in 2022 with a Master’s in Counseling. During internship, I worked at a non-profit community mental health agency, which I absolutely loved. After becoming licensed in 2023, I briefly worked in private practice before moving into the group practice I’m at now.
To get through grad school, I picked up contract design work—everything from mental health and landscaping to religious organziations and even cosmetics. Those projects gave me the push (and the name) for Standage Creative. What started as a side hustle quickly grew into a passion for helping therapists and small businesses show up online with clarity, creativity, and heart.
Well…let’s just say there are no more frantic YouTube tutorials these days. Now I get to combine the best of both worlds—therapy & creativity.
From logos & brand kits to social media templates and presentations across the country, Standage Creative has grown into a space where mental health professionals & small businesses can finally feel confident about how they show up online.
It’s still a lot of late nights, but now they’re fueled by creativity (and Dr Pepper) instead of confusion. And honestly? Every project reminds me why I started this in the first place: to make design simple, supportive, and actually fun.
Standage Creative is just getting started! My vision is to create even more resources that make marketing & branding easier for therapists—seasonal graphic packs, monthly content calendars, and ready-to-use templates that save time while keeping your message clear and professional.
Beyond digital tools, I see Standage Creative growing into a brand that connects with practices nationwide, not just in Arkansas. From flying out to meet with therapists one-on-one, to hosting workshops and trainings, my goal is to help more clinicians build (or rebuild) brands that feel authentic & trustworthy.
What began as late-night design experiments has grown into a business with big plans: to become a go-to creative partner for mental health professionals everywhere.
